Mamubajee Terms & Conditions

By using the mamubajee website and services, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and mamubajee.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

Mamubajee operates in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. By accessing and using this platform, you confirm that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are of legal age.

Mamubajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its service at any time without prior notice. mamubajee is not liable for any temporary disruptions caused by technical issues or scheduled maintenance.

To open an account on mamubajee, you must meet the following requirements:

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete
• One per person only One Account Approved
• Creating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is strictly prohibited
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential

If any discrepancies are found in the information provided at registration, mamubajee may request account verification and, where necessary, ask for a valid ID or other supporting documents.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on mamubajee:

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such transactions will be reversed.

Deposited funds may only be used for betting or gaming. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from mamubajee:

• Minimum Withdrawal Amount ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal Limit ৳1,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be processed through the same method used for the original deposit
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal
• The wagering requirement must be fulfilled before any bonus balance can be withdrawn

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. During weekends or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered in your name. Sending funds to another person's number is not permitted.

Mamubajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms detailed on the Bonus page. General bonus rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Wagering requirement: 10x.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly reload bonus, subject to specific terms and conditions. See the Bonus page for full details.
• Cashback: Cashback at a fixed percentage on net weekly losses.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn a bonus on their first deposit.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as using multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or systematic bonus hunting — is a direct violation of mamubajee's terms. In such cases, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

Mamubajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. It is the member's responsibility to check the Bonus page regularly for the latest information.

The following rules apply when placing bets on mamubajee:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled
• Odds in live betting may change in real time; bets placed at outdated odds may be automatically voided
• Bets associated with match-fixing or manipulation may be declared void
• Bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a technical error will be voided
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market

For Sports Betting, winnings will be determined only after the official announcement of the match result. If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet may be refunded in accordance with the rules of the specific sport.

Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet must be raised with the support team within 7 days. mamubajee's decision shall be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mamubajee platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Strategic betting with the intent to abuse bonuses
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or systems
• Using or accessing another member's account
• Betting using robots, bots, or automated software
• Creating or operating an account using false or misleading information
• Operating an account on behalf of or for a minor

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, the account will be immediately closed, the full balance may be confiscated, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Mamubajee may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns
• Account Closure at Your Own Request (Self-Exclusion)
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months)

Balances on inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee after 12 months. You will be notified by email in advance before any deduction is made.

Mamubajee believes betting should be fun and never a source of problems. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

Our platform offers the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time
